Ignorance by manager after theft

On 22 November 2015, my sister had her wallet and phone ****** right inside Pick n Pay shop- Greenstone. She was by the eggs department and there was a Pick n pay employee only in that aisle with her. My sister had just momentarily put her phone and wallet inside the trolley as she lifted the egg. By the time she dropped the eggs inside her trolley, she realised her belongings had gone awol. She questioned the same employee if she had seen anybody come to her trolley. The employee said No.<br> When she went to report this incident to the manager, he was very rude, very obnoxious, very relaxed.. No sense of urgency to try and track on the cameras who the ***** could have been or if he could have left the shop already. He went on about the cameras not being able to capture every area of the shop, so chances are they missed the incident. He says all this without even checking the cameras. Instead his response was
