Ignorance at Pick n pay Birchly North

Yesterday morning I walked into pick n pay Birchly North for bread & as my son & I were being sanitised my 5 year old was accidentally sprayed in the eyes with sanitizer. In as much as I can understand it was a mistake but the security just said sorry & went about his day while I had to rush him to the toilet to wash is face off with water. On return to get bread he kept rubbing his eyes & I spoke to a lady at the kiosk I think her name is Princess who called the store manager. I explained the situation & asked what I should do should his eyes react & he told me to bring the child back to pick n pay & also said he can put eyegine I was concerned about another foreign substance

I later noticed rush on his face & what is annoying is the fact that at no point did anyone take down my details so they can follow up during the cause of the day. Does management not care or is this seen as a trivial matter?
