If they Ignore complaints long enough, it will go away???
How many times have I complained about Pick n Pay just ignoring my complaints.
They say that they called me, but I never get a missed call notification... Yet I receive calls from other companies all the time.
And the messages I leave on Messenger??
What about emails?
Pick n Pay truly believes that if they ignore a customer complaint long enough, it will eventually go away...
Stop sending me responses with empty promises that you are looking into my complaint.
