I bought Melrose processed cheese at Northgate pick and pay on 28-06-2022 only to realize when I got home it expired back in 22- 04-2022. Yes I was also shocked to see how did it make it to the shelves. 30-06-2022 I took it back to my nearest Pick and pay" Northland corner"sothat they can exchange it for me and the manager there arrogantly told me he will not exchange it for me because I don't have proof and that I didn't buy it there. As I tried to make sense of why and even gave example that if I go to any retail store to exchange or refund item its done without hustles why then can't it be done there, he went to say rudely that he is not those retail stores. I demanded to speak to management and he said to me" oh iam management and there's nothing you can do about it"i left the cheese and Nutella at the shop and left. All of this is in footage.I would like to also mention that iam pregnant and experienced diarrhea after consuming the expired cheese.
