Idiots at PicknPay/RCS- PIN RESET

2 hours on the phone for me to reset a pin that was working perfectly, and its still not done. Keot on being transferred to different departments. Ask to speak to a manager and they drop the call. *********** staff who cant answer questions. This tells you alot about the company. Get your shi@t together PICKNPAY / RCS. You're wasting my airtime and my time with a product that i should not have bothered with in the first place. Bunch of stupid idiots who should have been working at eskom instead.
