Id rather buy at SPAR

When I go to a grocery store, the first thing that I require is simplicity. No One wants to go to a store with complications along every way. Nevertheless. Simplicity does not sum up my Smart Shopper experience. Changing a card and putting it on my name has been a hassle for weeks with no luck. The security questions are ridiculous. It feels like Im applying for a home loan or something. lol I just wanted to use my points to buy bread for the security guys outside of Pick n Pay.
