Ice cream spillage and No attention from the Store Manager

Today I was shopping at your Mega City store, the aile that was queuing on had a long stretch of ice cream on the floor asked one of the cleaning employees to call the manager but Noone came trough .I had to leave my que and approach an elderly african who was a supervisor, I detailed my complaint but her response that the cleaning of the aile was the Cleaner then I asked the supervisor for the manager she responded with "She is busy". I'm truly disappointed by all of this because I will never receive the treat from your store in the Surbub .
