<p>To whom it may Conern</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope this email reaches the correct people. as i don't like complaining and the local Manager ( Bold head - i think the cashier told me his name is Jacques) were very rude and i got the idea and Indirect he was actually trying to say he doesnt need our foreigners business!</p> <p> </p> <p>We've been visiting Grahamstown twice. and bought Ice from the Local Pick N pay Bottle Store.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've noticed that the ice they sell there have got a very bad taste, and smell. the 2nd bag we opened had tiny black dirt in ( looked like crushed ice). I immediately reported this and i was not given the owner no.</p> <p>This could be very bad for health issues.</p> <p>Our family - students in Grahamstown, mentioned this as well. so they'll rather buy from The pick n pay store, even if the bottle store is closer to where they stay.</p> <p>the quality not good at all</p> <p> </p> <p>and Mr Manager - if this is the way you handle your customers - i would rather not buy from you.
