I wouldn't have made the deposited in the 1st plac

I went to the Pick n Pay at the Hillcrest Boulevard thinking that I could quicky deposit R1800 and transfer it immediately to my elder relative who does not have a bank account. See I am an invertment banker by trade and work within the Hillcrest Boulevard and this seemed like a quick solution instead of me driving far to give him the money in his hand. I could not do a cardless transfer as there is a limit of R1000 which the banks ensure that they inform their customers, in line with the Consumer Protection Act. I went to the money market counter, enquired if I could transfer R1800 there. I was told yes and the lady started telling me how to register on my smartphone and I deposited the R1800 which they accepted. The sad part is that throughout this process, I was never warned that there is a limit to which I can transfer per day unless I take a drive to selected Pick n Pay stores where they can increase the daily transfer limit for me. I was livid to say the least because firstly, the law requires that customers be informed upfront of how these things work so that a customer can make an informed decision. I need to retrive my R1800 please without hassles.
