I will rather buy at Spar

I went into a PnP Liquor store in Brentwoodpark. The Indian lady that is the manager made one line on the one side of the till point. When I was standing in the que 3 people thought that the line at the cigarette COUNTER was for people waiting for cigarettes, so when I was waiting by the other tillpoint the cashier showed us to the cigarette counter. It confuses all of us, because 3 people complained. When I spoke to the Jolly Indian lady which is the manager and told her it confuse all of us. She said she does not care and that how she does it. I told her I will complain at PnP H/O she said thats all I can do. She makes the rules. I want her to appologise to me for her bad attitude towards me and she does not have one customer skill on her name. She was so rude to me I had to walk after her because she was shouting at me till I walked out. What a horrible experience.
