I am at Pick n pay. Trying to puchase a ****** beer that was not scanning but tagged R5.49. Only to be told that it cost R10.00. When I told lebogang the price she said. I need to speak to the manager and beg for a discount. She insisted on me going to the manager. Funny while still shopping he was just roaming around the store doing nothing. I asked him if a customer has an issue why is it that he can't help. He said he can only help if he's not busy. He even helped me return my items, saying i can go to shoprite or pick n pay at maponya. He said there's nothing he's willing to do. With pleasure go to other store. All for a R4.50 discount. I was so disrespected when he told me to use my common sense. How much was my total cost for a R4.50 discount. I was disrespected.
