I went to Pick n Pay in small items line cos I was going to take out money then pay for the braai pack

I went to Pick n Pay in small items line cos I was going to take out money then pay for the braai pack. Its was on the 28.09.2023. When i get to the cashier I asked to withdraw money first she asked me how i told here she said she didn't that kind of the money in her account because everybody is paying with a card she didn't ask other cashiers. I just left and never look back. The money i was going to withdrawal was from Capitec send cash.
