I went to pick 'n Pay biche acres to withdraw money at their Capitec atm inside the supermarket

I went to pick 'n Pay biche acres to withdraw money at their Capitec atm inside the supermarket. Since the atm was out of service, I went to kiosk and asked for cash,the lady said she doesn't have.i went to all tills to request the cash and by that time the amount is less.all cashiers had no cash..why allow cash withdrawal at the tills while they know that cash won't be rendered to the customers...I'm super disappointed with them.
