Good day! About two months ago I brought Rainbow chicken steaklets at Pick n Pay Edendale mall on a Friday! When I opened them the following morning I found them to be rotten, I then drove to the store to report what has happened.<br> <br> On arrival at the store I spoke to the manager on duty and told him my story he then directed me to the customer service, when I arrived there and told them my story. They only offered to exchange the product, when I asked about my inconvenience and compensation in relation to me having to drive back to the store. The lady at the customer service rendered me to the manager again. <br> <br> When I spoke to the manager he said there was nothing they can do as the store I'll have to call the customer help line. Only after a asked him if I could use the store phene did he allow me to use the phone. I called the customer help line and the lady on the other hand said there was nothing she could help me with except to take my details and escalated the matter further.<br> <br> I then posted my problem on Facebook the following Wednesday. I then got a call from a guy who said he was Sbusiso Ngidi he offer to help resolve the matter by exchanging the goods as well as compensatio
