I was mistreat by a young white lady after I bought an airtime Mobile Money voucher whilst she entered my wrong cellphone number after I repeated the number twice. When I went back for a refund I was told by that Iust call MTN of which I did but unfortunately MTN call center agent told me there's nothing they could do so I went back to the store to get a refund but they gave me a negative resistance attitude together with the manager. I found it very ****** because they made feel uncomfortable and as if I came with trouble and all I wanted was a refund because it wasn't stake to enter a cellphone number into the system. Eventually they gave me a new voucher but the manager was rude and gave me an uncomfortable feeling and attitude.
