I was injured in their store

My name is Buyiswa. I was injured at their store (Pick'n Pay BT Ngebs Mall Mtata) and hospitalised for 2 weeks and I didn't go to work for 2moths.I got a slippery on the wet floor whilst I was walking slowly passing the tills waiting for my sister who was paying when I got the slippery on the wet floor but I can't tell if it was water or wat but it was something liquid I could not notice exactly which type of liquid because of the pain because I got fructured on the ankle. I was hospitalised in the private hospital at my own costs. I was operated and they inserted a supporting ion stroofing it on my bone and that is permanent it can't be removed and I couldn't walk for about a month. I am a tripple now I can't go a long distance or drive a long distance and my job requires me to drive Trucks. During the incident the store Manager asked the staff that when was the last time they mop there off wish he saw this slippery was caused by the wet floor. The store manager took my details on the incident. He then called again when I was in hospital asking for my details again and he called again whilst I was discharged but still on sick asking my details again but nothing happened till now and the matter occurred 25 April 2020. I Emailed the store several times asking if there is no compensation that I can get but there was no response. I did contacted their head office and the lady told me that the store manager should give me a form that I can feel so the process can be fast that the medical bills can be paid but the store manager didn't tell me that he only calls for my details only.

Can someone help in this matter. I do have all the medical bills from the private hospital and they cost lots of thousands also I have exrays that shows the object that is being inserted on my bone. My contact details ***
