i was harassed by one of the staff member at pick n pay, never have i felt so small in my entire life...

I purchased R30 airtime today at Pick and Pay Epsom Downs at 7:00 am, the airtime did not go through because it is apparently flash airtime it has some issues. I contacted my service provider because I thought the problem was with Cell C was informed that I need to go back where I bought the airtime. I then went back to the store informed the cashier about the issue I have, she then called the supervisor who said they don’t do refunds for airtime. I asked to speak to the floor manager who came his name is Vince he was more than happy to refund me, he then called Tracy whom I understand is a baker at the store to get him money to refund me. Tracy declined to refund me instead started shouting at me, swearing at me and kept on pushing me around saying she will sue me. Tracy continued with the verbal abuse in front of staff and Vince the manager, the manager did nothing he then as well said he will sue me. I was so humiliated no one came to my defense instead of Vince reprimanding Tracy he just stood there did nothing and they ended up giving me another airtime. As I walked out of the store, tracy followed me and started pushing me wanting to take a picture saying she will sue me for what I don’t know. What wrong did I do to deserve this kind of treatment??? I was belittled and humiliated by this women by this women, something must happen….
