I was harassed at your institution. I am disgusted to say the least

I'm totally disgusted and feel violated by your staff at Pic n Pay at Diepkloof square . I walked in looking for a box of chocolate for my wife for valentines day tommorow and after spending less than 5min walking around not finding what I was looking for I got stopped at the door by security. Apparently Fario (the name I was given) was sitting at the back and I assume he saw me ***** something because the security rubbed against my ***** since the pants I am wearing have no pockets. First of all that Pic n pay has the worst customer service of all time. We spend more time in a que than we do actually shopping, there is also birds flying around inside ****ing on food, surely that is against health and safety violations but you guys have reached the bottom of the barrel now with regards to doing as you please. What I would like to know is what warrants a person to be search and felt up, I atleast deserve that explanation from pic n pay or that particular security guard because I can't help but wonder how manu times men and women get felt up and harassed for absolutely no reason. PLEASE STOP THIS ABUSE OF POWER.
