I was forced to renew the rain cheques 3 times.

Pnp had a promotion on the Nivea lotions 400ml as well as on the Satiskin bubble bath. Both Highveld Mall store and Klipfontein store didn't have 400ml nivea maximum hydration for men as well as the Berrybliss Satiskin bubble bath. I then asked for a rain cheque for these products. At a later stage I went to Highveld mall with the hope of finally getting these merchandise, I had to renew both rain cheques for the 2nd time. Yesterday I went to both the Highveld mall store and the Klipfontein store with the same rain cheques to my surprise, they still didn't have these particular lines on stock!! I then decide to take nivea lotions they had available, Shabangu (supervisor) in Klipfontein told me that I'm not allowed to take a product not written on the rain cheque so I have to renew it for the 3rd time. I felt very disappointed and annoyed, I've been going around these two stores for almost 2months looking for these products when I should actually be taking my money elsewhere, I was prepared to sacrifice and buy whatever they had available but I was deprived that opportunity, both the store mgr and floor mgr were not available at the store. This is pathetic, shelves are alway empty.
