i was badly insulted by a cashier at tills

My Name is Nthabiseng Makwela On the 10 February 2016 around 17:20 .I went to pick n pay wood mead to buy grocery ,I bought more than ten items went to tills to pay ,violet ( cashier) said to me this side you not allowed to pay more than 10 items ,then I said ok I didn't know that because usually shop here and lot of grocery but they help me nobody told anything that's why I came this side as usually. then she started shouting \ don't tell me that I know your type you such a **** and now you are giving me more job to ( your killing me I cant serve you and pack all this things this side we don't have packers ,so I have to suffer because of you . Then I said to Violet don't rude to me tell me nicely that next time I mustn't come this side if I've got lot of items then I will listen . Violet said NO NO even if I tell you that I know your type next you will do the same thing and lie to the other cashier as well , you always do that ... First of all violet doesn't know me and doesn't have aright to call me **** ,she should have addressed me properly, and when report her to the manager she still respond with an attitude and she doesn't even bother to apologise "
