I was asked to open my bags in the shop

I am so horrified as to what happened today. I popped into pick n pay clothing when leaving Randridge Mall this morning. I had just been to dischem and had a packet. The lady on the door, wanted to out tape around it, which I have a huge issue with as I can't use the bag again- I asked her to pay me the 59 cents that I had just paid for the bag, and obviously she backed off. As I was shopping in the store for a few minutes,a black member of their staff tapped me on the shoulder and asked me to open my handbag and the packet I was carrying. I was horrified and refused- how dare someone ask to look at my personal property. He insisted and was extremely forceful and rude. I was very intimidated by him, and I opened my handbag and the dischem bag I was carrying. He told me that I was a problem as I wouldn't let them tape my bag. I told him the reason why and to give me 60 cents out of his till and he could tape it. He walked away, leaving me in the middle of the shop with other customers looking at me as if I was some sort of ********. I am not accepting this treatment and the way I was victimized in this store. I want your urgent advices on how you will resolve this.
