I want my shopper points

I updated my card details after I got car jammed and I lost my old card. The update was done over the phone. I then got another card after I misplaced my new card, which I later found. Now i want to transfer the points from the 2nd card to the third card, I have called the call center and was assisted by Carli Cadayachwe. she has confirmed my surname but she says all my other details are different, so she can't assist me. I haven't redeemed my points for a while and i need to redeem them now, but I cant due to the above problem. I feel like the person who initially assisted me captured my details incorrectly, and now I am being punished for her inaccuracies in capturing my details which I gave her correctly. It is unfair to me as I have been faithfully shopping from pick n pay and now they cant assist me to obtain my points back.
