I want my refund, please.

I’ve ordered something on the Pick ‘n Pay asap app and received a wrong order. I then ordered again and did not receive the second order. Customer service is not answering any of my calls nor are they responding to my emails. I posted this on twitter and they said I should DM then so they can resolve the issue. It’s been 3 days and nothing. I just want my refund!
