I WANT MY REFUND NOW!!!

We ordered Balgravia and tonic yesterday using pick n pay asap and it stated it was delivered and it was not. We waited for the following day cause we thought maybe we would get the order today but we never did and they also haven't reached out and we don't have any direct contact.

So now I just want my refund and want it now. Their service is appalling cause they don't even take the necessary steps to rectify this mess
