I want my refund for the goods I didn't receive

I am so disappointed with your online service click and collect ,I went there to collect my order only to find out that all my orders were not there ,I had to wait close to 2 hours again only to be called and told to go and collect at another point ,when I went there majority of my orders were not on the trolley ,I had to flippen wait again for them to go get the outstanding product ,when they came back the nappies were not there apparently out of stock I had to run around looking for the outstanding product ,your cashier and other pick n pay staff there are not friendly ,when you ask them for help it seems as if you are bothering them the only friendly people there are your securities ,why don't you let the customer know that you don't have everything in stock so that we can make other plans ,I drove from west rand to East rand because they had available stock I signed for what I received and I am waiting for my refund ,when I check your online it shows that the order is in progress for those special nappies ,I don't want anything from that unfriendly pick n pay hyper ,refund my money I won't be travelling to East rand mall to waste my petrol for nonsense service and be given a pathetic service as if am using your employees money to buy my groceries .
