I WANT MY REFUND

I placed this order on the 28 May 2025 on PNP ASAP , however I canceled the order the same evening due to the delivery time that changed after placing the order which was then the following day so I no longer needed the order which I why I canceled , however I have not received my refund as yet and i have tried calling your online customer support and. Keep getting told to contact my bank my bank says there's no pending payments, so please I want my refund back ASAP I don't see why I must beg for my money back.
