I want my refund back

I'm extremely disappointed with Pick n pick Sam Ntuli once again . Thulani called Thursday letting us know we can come for our TV exchange.We mentioned we will come Saturday.We arrange transport for the TV because it's big when we get there we were told Thulani didn't do the change over the cant do anything we waited there for 45 minutes busy going back on forth with the lady at the customer service and Buci saying she doesn't know tell that pregnant lady at the customer service.When we request for the pregnant lady at the customer service counter to borrow us the phone to call pick n pay customer service she said it's weekend customer services is closed.We were decieved to believe that this matter would be resolved as in yesterday.All I want from pick and pay now is my refund back their branch was poor management procedures in place.We have wasted petrol and renting an car that can put the TV for nothing
