I want my refund

I have never received just bad service my entire life. So I ordered on the 1/09/2022 and most items were cancelled as they didn't have them. I have asked for my refund on all their platform but their Twitter takes the cup, they asked me to send them a dm and I didn't then they ignored me I've been talking alone since.I have called and sent emails but no one want to assist with my refund. A big company that doesn't care about meeting customer satisfaction. I want my refund.
