I want my refund

On the 4th July 2022 I ordered my groceries using pick n pay asap UID *** and they dilivered but not all my groceries cause some where out of stock and I called in the exact date to find out that some of my things where out of stock, and I was promised to get a refund in 1-10 days, and on Wednesday the 13tg July I called to check how far with my refund then I was told to give an alternative account of which I did then was told that I will b getting my money on Friday of which is today then I called again this morning and u was told that I will get my money within 1-10 days again. I don't think pick n pay will ever refund me ever
