I WANT my Pick n pay Provident funds

I resigned at Pick n pay 7 months ago on 19 April 2021 it’s now 10 November 2021 I have not received my Provident fund. I worked at Centurion mall pick n pay clothing signed all relevant documents, but still nothing I called 3 months back the lady I spoke to said I will get it on October it’s now November and no sign of money . I called head office today they transferred me to a Xhosa speaking guy named Zolani who deals with clothing provident funds , The guy was so rude , talked to me like I’m nothing said he doesn’t have to deal with me because he doesn’t owe me **** . Please train your head office about communication that guy is the worst ! When I call again he they drop it once I speak You should tell employees not to contribute anything and just keep their money if you don’t pay it back I WANT MY PROVIDENT FUND MONEY
