I want my money bank Pick n Pay asap! The worst grocery shopping app!!!!

If there was zero star submission - I would rate that dumb app a zero including their customer care support. I attempted purchasing groceries for the first time and check out was not successful but money left my bank account. I made contact and was advised to contact my bank and my bank told me error is not with them. Now can you imagine the back and forth of struggling to get back my money. I then decided to use my other bank and I still encountered the same checkout error and money left my account. Now, I have been billed twice for groceries that I never received and I’m now told money will be available on the app’s wallet (I don’t want anything to do with that app again, going to delete it once I get my money) or i request eft which will take 10 business days. I’m so upset. It’s ridiculous and the service is pathetic. Their call centre consultants even hang up the line on you when you voice out your frustrations with no empathy at all.
