I WANT MY MONEY

I'm appalled at the service that I have received from the BOTTLES APP. The help option gives little to no information and is very dismissive. On 2 occasions now, my order has been cancelled and I have not been refunded. The app takes money from my account immediately, but when I have to get refunded I HAVE TO WAIT FOR DAYS. I AM STILL WAITING. THE APP NOW OWES ME OVER R500. FIVE HUNDRED RANDS
