I want my life back

I called PnP mobile 4 days ago for a sim swap to their mobile network. Till today nothing has been done. To make matters worse both my old sim card and their sim card has been blocked. Now I can't call anyone or receive any calls. My business is suffering and for all I know I have lost a lot of business and money because of this.
