I want my delivery today!

I placed my order at 15:45 and selected ASAP delivery, but I am confused as to why it hasn’t been delivered yet. I need my order TODAY. It doesn’t make sense that I’m still waiting despite choosing the ASAP option. I’ve called and emailed with no response. Furthermore, the address provided is my work address, and I won’t be at work tomorrow. I expect my order TODAY. If this isn’t resolved promptly, you should consider discontinuing the ASAP app, as it clearly doesn’t reflect the urgency that the business claims to offer. I’ve been waiting long enough, and I need my order today—not tomorrow. I am extremely frustrated with this service. Someone from the office should call me ASAP!
