I used the Pick and Pay ASAP app to place an order, driver delivered incorrect order and it is such a mission to correct this issue

I used the Pick and Pay ASAP app to place an order, driver delivered incorrect order and it is such a mission to correct this issue. Highly frustrating and disappointing .
