I sent an email in the 15 of June

I sent an email in the 15 of June. No response. Then sent a follow up on the the 4th of July. Still no response. It is now August. AND STILL NO RESPONSE!!! Someone used my ID number to open a smart shopper without my consent and used a different cellphone number. Imagine my shock when I try to sign up for a smart shopper on the app and then I'm told it's already registered. Now we're sending emails and there is no assistance. REMOVE THE EMAIL IF YOU'RE NOT GONNA HELP! ✋🏽😒
