It is of displeasure that in the pandemic we facing with the highlights of the 3rd wave having reached rock bottom that at the view point of a Manager, who sits hardly 10 meters from the door entrances, infrant of the tellers could honestly tell me they did not see man walking in, not sanitizing at the entrance and with no mask, walk in and purchase his necessity and even pay t the teller holding up his t-shirt as a cover up.
