I paid full price of something I never ordered.

I am very disappointed in the service I received from Pick n pay Lambton in Germiston On Sunday 5 June 2022 I went to the store to place a birthday cake for my daughter. I was helped by the supervisor called Masabatha were I have explained to her and the gentleman from the bakery named Siyabonga the details of the cake I need. I even showed them what the inside sponge and outside icing should look like.The cake details are of a rainbow color sponge of different layers of pink, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. The outside of the cake had to have white icing and yellow dripping and rainbow color sprinkles and written happy 13th birthday Simphiwe.

The cake I got was completely different from what i asked for , The sponge was grey inside, the icing was white , no sprinkles and no 13th birthday. I am very unsatisfied with what I got compered to what I asked for.
