I paid but nothing was delivered to me

I had a Really bad experience with pick n pay on the 31st Dec 2024. I ordered from the pick n pay ASAP app, at 14:18 my order kept being delayed so I tried to call their customer care line and I was waiting on the line for a whole hour, I sent an email to them using their support email ticket, an I still haven't heard from them.

Later around 19:03 the app gave me a notification that my order has been delivered, but on my end no driver came to my gate, or my house. My order was a Total of R1128.99 and I never received any of my goods, I am still waiting to be assisted, I am upset that they really ****med me I can't believe. Now I am stuck without groceries but I paid
