I need to be refunded.

I ordered on the pick and pay app and the driver returned my parcel , and still marked it as delivered , i still didn't receive my money back . The driver was so rude he didn't even wait outside he just left and said no one came out . But still marked y delivery as delivered. now i have to go through all the admin to get my money back and i still didnt receive it .
