I need my refund Because...what they sell doesn't meet the customer needs

I bought a iron to find out it's not ironing It gets hot but when put it on fabric it's not doing nothing .. Kids went to school as if they been dished out of the ***s mouth...and when I go there to tell them I need a refund this Iron am not satisfied with it. their so called manage "Pamela"...came straight with attitude at ma face...This Iron it's not even 7 days old of the day of purchase And when I ask her What does the CPA says She's cluless That Girl doesn't know nothing about running the Store She uses her power to run thing's...
