I need my refund ASAP.

I placed an order on 27 June @14:15 on the Pick ‘n Pay app, the driver marked it as delivered @19:59 but I never received my order. No calls from the driver or security from my apartment. Called in to complain was advise they will do investigation, but Nicole Downey sent email stating on their system it was successful delivered, as in there’s nothing they can do it was delivered. No driver’s details and I need my refund ASAP.
