I need my provident money

Am an ex employee of PNP ever since iv resigned iv app**** for my provident fund and nothing has been been done its 2months now when I try to call the head office number I can't get thru what I want is to know when wil I receive my funds in my acc the managers in the stores act as if they own the stores I wish I had a direct line where I can speak to someone and get the answers that I need it's really depressing waiting for ur money that u worked hard for only to not be paid pls help
