I need my money now
Order number ***, been waiting for my refund from the 3rd, the manager gave me empty promises by saying they'll make immediate payment from their std bank on the 3rd, I've been waiting since then, today is th eight day.
I need my money asap. They've confirmed that it was processed on that Sat around 18h00 so why this waiting?
Poor service from the so called manager.

If you want to know about my matter kindly ask Randall who been so helpful concerning my matter and I salute him because he rep**** to each and every email that I sent. But that doesn't mean that I'm not highly disappointed in pick n pay for poor service and *********** manager who promised that I'll receive the money on the 4th.
I've been Waiting till the 4th till right now, that's so called 10 days past long time ago and the money withdrawn from that ewallet on the 3rd so please do some research before you publish wrong information, do your maths correct DEAR.

22 Feb 2023, 09:26I would like to state that I'm so grateful for what Randall did for me yesterday....he bought tampons, pads and washing powder and sen it to my house using asap. Good customer service, he have so called ubuntu, he's my GOAT and he deserves promotion or an award. Keep it up my brother with the good service and ubuntu. I told myself that I will never ever enter pick n pay doors but because of him I've changed my mind.
I know you won't reply to my today's first reply....because you're running away from the truth.
I need my money right now, my stomach is empty...I know it's a little cash to you but to me as a poor person it's a lot. I don't have something to eat right now, but I do have DATA because it was bought before the 3rd.
