I need help with the money that was taken from my wallet account (NSFAS) allowance and spent at Pick 'n Pay Hyper in south coast Manzimtoti

I recieved my allowance from NSFAS yesterday , two vouchers were made before I even made a way to town. My money is all gone. I need help ASAP
