I make my own rules manger

At 1h30pm today the 07 June 2017 we went to Pick n Pay at Pretorius and Andries to buy prepaid electricity. Only to find out that we left our prepaid card. We were treated badly and were told that we will not be sold any prepaid electricity because we don't have the card. We then asked to speak to the manager [Ephraim Mokoro] because this was the first time we were told that. We've buying prepaid without the card for a long time from Pick n Pay. He then came and told us the same thing. He then added that he is incharge and it's his rule and no one can tell him what to do. He owns the shop. This is utterly poor service especially from a person you regard as a senior and a brand ambassador to your store. Soft and people s****s need to be a compulsory s**** when it comes to management of which he really lacks. He needs proper training and the value of customers. Right now Pick n Pay has lost a customer due to his unprofessionalism and bad behaviour. This was the first time ever experiencing such a ridiculous and unnecessary behaviour from a manager. R1500 of prepaid electricity we wanted to purchase. If these are the people you hire to work with your customers on a daily basis, your revenue will go down the pipe.
