I made an order on Pick n Pay ASAP around 11am, the estimated time of delivery was 13:30

I made an order on Pick n Pay ASAP around 11am, the estimated time of delivery was 13:30. As I am typing this message it’s 18:30 pm and I still don’t have my order and I need the items. Where is the convenience in using the order if it’ll take so many hours to get the order. Now I’m forced to drive to the store. This is unacceptable
