I made a mistake choosing pick & Pay

Went to p&p hyper by The sea on the 8 July 2018, only to see the item I went for was mis-print for the JVC sound bar R999. Decided to buy it anyway, Asked a sales lady ( sharmain)for the item, she days NO stock, ask to speak to the store manager, the sales lady didnt even know the store manger name, ( no store manager on duty)asked to speak to the assistant store manager, no luck, ( got the feeling they didnt want to call any higher manager,)they sent so called department manager ( Fareez), I explained to him that i can't make 2 trips for the item and asked if I could buy The display, to my surprise he offers me a silly R 50 discount for the item with a cracker sub box. ( also told me that he asked a manger by the name brian and he said R50 off, but he never spoke or called any one whilst he was talking to me. Then he explained to me its my choice to buy it if I wanted or I must take a rain cheque, and it will take 2 to 3 weeks for stocks, Saying Sorry, doesn't make me feel better, it cost me money to choose pick and pay, and now I must come back after 2 to 3 weeks, I asked for the store manager, or assistant store manager, or does the managers pick & choose who they want to speak too. Totally disappointed customer for choosing and waisting my time with Pick & pay.
