I lost my cellphone at pick n pay

I was shopping at the mini pick n pay north beach Durban, I lost my cellphone which is not their fault, hence I asked for camera's to be checked immediately and the manager took forever to help and came back to ask for till slip, I gave him and came back says no sign of me leaving the cellphone. It's not the cellphone that matters but how they solve the problem in a store yet it was a very quiet day.
