I have to do this review not because I want to but I have to. I had the worst experience at Pick a Pay in Sechaba Mall Bethlehem. Only four cashiers was open and when it was my turn the cashier just closed it. The end of the month with only four service points open for such a big shop. I score them 1/10 today. I post this het cause the people has to know and if I handled this through the PaP channels no one will know. In todays challenging economic situation poor service is not an option.
